January 2026 meeting
Hot off the press!
We were touched by the kind donations made towards our Cancer Research Wales Fund Raiser from two families who have recently lost a loved one. Will Hughes family and Rae Edwards family both made significant donations in their memory.
It was touching for the Cardi Cranks team to share with the families the plan to have hand made Cardiganshire gates made and placed in Llanerchaeron. The gates will be memory gates and we were pleased to share with the families that they will dedicated to several of the members we lost last year, including Will and Rae.
What better way to spend a cold January evening than giving to your local community. The January meeting was an evening of just that. Cardi Cranks formally presented 7 level one mechanic students from Ceredigion Training with tool kits and work clothes to enable them to feel equiped for their training role. At the end of year one the young people will be presented with a more comprehensive tool kit which will be theirs to keep. Cardi Cranks are investing in local young people because we think they are worth it

Fund Raising at shows
The Cardi Cranks Team have been busy over the summer selling our little tractor badges at shows across Wales to raise funds for Cancer Research Wales
A day Trip to The Internal Fire Museum
We enjoyed a scenic run down the coast and an informative day at the Internal Fire museum. The team there were having a crank up day and we were all impressed by the power of the exhibits! We followed on with an enjoyable meal.
NEC Birmingham Classic Car Show
The Cardi Cranks Team ventured to Birmingham NEC and enjoyed a day perusing the many halls filled with classics, auto jumble and stalls.

A weekend away
The club enjoyed a weekend tour of North Wales taking in some spectaculor views and having a visit to Port Merion
Restoration of Sion a Sian was a real team effort
So many skills involved in the restoration and it brought the team together in this remarkable project

A chance to put the spanners down and dig out the posh clothes as we enjoyed a delightful festive evening
